Welcome to the Sung Taiji Qigong website. The purpose of Sung Taiji Qigong is to foster interest and participation in Tai Chi and Qigong in Cardiff, Barry, Sully and other areas. Our learning and practice activities are aimed at improving and maintaining health and wellbeing.
