Lee Taiji form improvers workshop

This is open to all STQ class regulars, whatever stage we are at and will be another opportunity to spend some more concentrated time on practicing and improving our form. The workshop will take place at 2.30 to 5.00pm on Sunday 17 October 2010 at Whitchurch Community Centre, Old Church Road, Whitchurch, Cardiff. The cost is £6 and payment on the day will be fine. Refreshments will be provided. After the workshop, for those interested, we will be going out for a meal.
